Federico worked very hard to make sure we all were getting the most out of the trip. We had plenty of time to do our own thing at the various stops. The ticketing process was very easy also.
The complete package, very well organised and a brilliant tour guide can't remember her named but she was the English tour guide.
I think a guided tour that includes a wine tasting needs to be well thought and more personalized for the audience. The group was really big, we had to rush from one place to another, so we didn't really enjoyed each city; the tour was made in 3 languages so it took a really long time to understand the information. Also they changed the order of the cities and that ruined our traveling plans as the visiting order was important for us to at the end we had to take two more trains on our own. The wine tasting was really regular almost bad. The food was not tasty, the water glasses smelled like egg and the wines were not explained as we tried them. Also a good wine tasting changes your glasses between different wines or puts a glass for each type of wine and they never changed the only glass per person so the real taste was not able to be well enjoyed. The wines were regular and not that good to be Italy. There was a little of lack of organization for the lunch and also we expected to learn a little bit about the wine making process as it is the Tuscany or at least visit the vineyard and none was done. So they didn't really met our expectations for the cost or the description of the experience that is sold. Somehow disappointing honestly.
The places were wonderful, but I think the Spanish guide was lacking, since the one who spoke in English told a lot of things and when it was the Spanish guide's turn, she summarized too much.

The guide was excellent with the information she gave us and very friendly, the 3 cities were beautiful, but you have to wear very comfortable shoes because the streets are complicated.

This was one of the highlights of my trip! Our tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. Her English was also very good. Marco at Poggio ai Laghi (the winery) was hilarious and made the experience that much better! Definitely do this if you get a chance. Be prepared; this is a lot of walking, so wear very good shoes.
It was easy to be brought around, and I think all of the places we visited were good. The tour guide was also very good. I was, however, disappointed that there was a toilet on the bus and we weren't allowed to use it on a tour that went 12 hours. Also, the vegetarian meal was about half the size of the other meal for lunch.
It was a nice trip well organised by the tour managers . The main highlights of the trip were given in d bus before reaching a particular stop. However the only problem was the same thing was repeated in spanish and portuguese which went över the head!... the views of pisa, chianti and sam gimgnano worth the travel!! A long and tiring trip so plan the previous day accordingly so that next day u can enjoy your tour to fullest! Overall it was a lovely experience with our guides!
The tour was very good. But there are a few observations. The air conditioning on the bus was very weak, making it hot during the trip. The bus didn't have a toilet.... what an absurdity The guide walked very fast, sometimes leaving some behind.

The guide was perfect, however I believe they should be a bit more strict with the timings. We were accompanied by a group who didn't stop talking at all. This meant we couldn't hear a bit of what the guide was saying in the bus.
The whole day with barbara was amazing, she clearly knows a lot about the region and delivers the information in a very lighthearted and entertaining manner. The guide in Sienna, Chiara, was also great, very nice and knowleadgeable.
It was a nice experience, Julia was wonderful all 3 places are enchanting. but the lunch was more like a taste of red meats, I would prefer some pasta with tomato sauce.
An incredible trip! Beautiful landscapes, very nice lunch experience.

The scenery was amazing! And the guides were great. Not having air conditioning in the bus was a bummer

We loved the smooth transfers, wine tasting and the sienna tour
Lucca, our guide, made the tour so interesting. He was fabulous. Lucca was very knowledgeable and engaging.

The tour guide and bus driver were so patient and nice as they waited for us to get on the bus since we were late due to transportation issues.
Despite choosing the Spanish tour, the group was mixed in English, Spanish and Italian. However, the guide who accompanied the group gave explanations in all three languages. Only in the 2 wineries we visited was the language only in English or Italian. The 2 visits to the wineries were good, with a small tasting of bread with olive oil and 3 wines in each (starter wines).

The visit to Siena, San Gimignano & the Chianti lunch & wine tasting were all very good. The tour leader was excellent.
The villages visited were wonderful, the time to visit them perfect and the guides Marta. Fabrizio and Ferdinado, unbeatable. The visit to the vineyards, the wine tasting and the fabulous lunch. Highly recommended!

Great experience, perfect length, great lunch & wine. The guide was the cherry on top, fascinating explanations about the places we saw, and even additional explanations about Florence and different things that we saw on the way. The bus trip itself is also a breath of fresh air and air conditioning in between sightseeing. The only tip: I think for european travelers, the 'winery' is obviously not a real winery but a business for tourist entertainment, especially because of the slightly pathetic comedy show pulled by the winery host, with bad jokes targeting directly North American tourists.
Wonderful trip with great guide and very informative!! We had lots of time to explore on our own. Great food and amazing g wine tasting! Tour company were great and the entire day ran very well Would highly recommend this tour
The guide was excellent and the tour ran to time in all locations. Everything was as expected or better.
Fabulous guide, Sandro and driver, Fernando! The winery was also a big highlight. So much fun.

Our market tour was a delightful journey through the Florence Central market. The guide's extensive knowledge of the ingredients, their origins, and their significance in Italian cuisine added a fascinating layer of depth to the experience. We enjoyed exploring the colorful stalls, interacting with local vendors, and learning about the freshest produce, spices, and specialties that make Florentine cuisine so unique. The cooking class that followed was an absolute joy and the highlight of our whole trip. The skilled chef's expertise and passion for Italian gastronomy were evident in every step of the culinary journey. The hands-on experience of crafting the tiramisu and hand-making our pastas, we were fully immersed in the art of cooking. We sincerely appreciated the interactive nature of the class, which allowed us to ask questions and learn new skills. The highlight, of course, was savoring the fruits of our labor as we sat down to enjoy the delicious meal we had prepared together. The flavors, aromas, and the shared camaraderie made the dining experience truly special and unforgettable. Overall, our Florence market tour and cooking class surpassed all expectations. It was a perfect blend of cultural exploration, culinary education, and immersive enjoyment. I would highly recommend your tour to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable culinary experience in Florence.
