We had an amazing time! Our host (Amari?) did a great job explaining some of the history of the city as we travelled through Florence and into Tuscany. The driver did a great job getting us there safely and in great time. The vineyards were both top notch with friendly staff, beautiful vineyards and delicious wines. Would definitely book another excursion and even this same one again! Thank you.
Great host, informative and delicious!
Martina was an engaging hostess. It was a well run tour and ticked all our expectations
The tour guide and bus driver were so patient and nice as they waited for us to get on the bus since we were late due to transportation issues.
Despite choosing the Spanish tour, the group was mixed in English, Spanish and Italian. However, the guide who accompanied the group gave explanations in all three languages. Only in the 2 wineries we visited was the language only in English or Italian. The 2 visits to the wineries were good, with a small tasting of bread with olive oil and 3 wines in each (starter wines).
Butique winery visit was indeed great!
Comfortable and pleasant presentation both vinyards

I should have spent more time in SAN Gimignano
Great tour and the tour guide was wonderful. He did a wonderful job of explaining the wine business and was very patience with us. He assisted the guests with purchasing tickets for the trampoline and check through the bus to see if any things was left back.

Supervisors Martha and Julio provided perfect guidance. Clear in information and always approachable. TOP With a wine company, we expected a winery in the countryside. This was a factory site. So ambience was a bit less, despite the enthusiastic employee of the winery. Nice and enthusiastic. Despite the severe thunderstorm in Siena we had a nice day.
We loved the three beautiful cities we visited, including the crown of Tuscany which wasn't on the itinerary. Paying to walk on the city walls was interesting and views were good, but we were on metal bridges, not the actual walls. There are two different access points so be sure to try both. Lunch was at a restaurant with a very small vineyard where we could walk and take photos. The tastings were all good but primarily a sales pitch. The pasta lunch was just ok. If you take the cathedral tour in Siena (recommended but additional cost) make sure you know how to get back to the meeting point!
A lot of history in each of the towns, beautiful scenery, and comfortable rides.
Everything was neat, the guide explained excellent everything we saw on the tour, the times in the places were perfect and the wine tasting and food was perfect, we would do the tour again.
The visit to Siena, San Gimignano & the Chianti lunch & wine tasting were all very good. The tour leader was excellent.
The guide was excellent and the tour ran to time in all locations. Everything was as expected or better.
Fabulous guide, Sandro and driver, Fernando! The winery was also a big highlight. So much fun.
Sandro and Catu very good guides. Plenty of free time to explore each place.

We absolutely loved the locations! It was easy to get our tickets, they had a good mix of free time, wine tasting and lunch and the option of a walking and cathedral tour in Siena. The tour guide did a really good job of managing a large group but it was a mission to get such a large group all back at the same time which was frustrating. Nice tour but if you don't like large groups, rather visit the locations on your own.
The guide was excellent. She was very informative and clear in her instruction. The bus driver was a safe driver. However, the amount of time allotted per location was insufficient. It was always a rush to get to see everything...with the exception of Pisa. Between San Gimignano and Siena, the air conditioning stopped working. Would the maintenance on the buses not be done before the beginning of the summer and busy tourist season? Needless to say, the ride was very uncomfortable. I will not be recommending this company to any of my friends.
The complete package, very well organised and a brilliant tour guide can't remember her named but she was the English tour guide.
Great guide, everything according to plan, punctuality and great cities

Aaron and the driver were amazing and kind. Aaron answered all questions, shared very good recommendations of where to go and what to do during this trip. I loved the communication, how he sent message an hour before the trip and how he sent the link to the meeting point. I hope to use amigo tour on other trips. Highly recommended.
Our tour guide Aaron and his driver Miro are the best!!!
Good tour guide and effecient driver. Well informed and speaks well in English and Italian. very friendly and approachable, really caring personality.
Trip was long but very well put together. The tour guide was good and explained the history of each place well. Tour was a mix of English and Spanish which was hard to follow at times. We expected more information about places visited but due to the timings it was overall a good tour and would recommend it to others. Be prepared for a full 14 hour tour.

Good bus and driver. The guide was clear, helpful an sweet. Felxibility to help the tourists when city traffic was difficult due to an accident in our way back
I was taking this tour with my kids and unfortunately was running late to the bus meet up spot, I called and was able to beg and plead with the guide to wait for us for 8 minutes past the time of departure. I was very apologetic, and basically in tears when we entered the bus. I was expecting that the guide was upset but honestly never would have expected to be put on blast over the loud speaker... the guide heavily put emphasis on being on time to respect everyone, that she went on aggressively for several minutes about how important timeliness is. I'm aware that my being late caused a disruption but the way it was delt with was unprofessional, rude, and honestly just confusing. Some people are here for a first time, we don't know everything about the area or have control over cabs canceling and not showing up. Being strict is one thing but being rude and hurtful for the sake of it is just nasty.
We just wanted to walk around Pisa and got to do that
Giordano was a super friendly and motivated guide, who told us a lot about Pisa and Tuscany, and other places worth mentioning there, and also gave us special tips. The whole thing in fluent English, Spanish and also a little German :) Thanks also to bus driver Giovanni!
It was a very easy process to find our guide and get on the bus. They were very communicative and provided easy instructions. The bus to Pisa was nice and spacious and good AC. Our tour guide Ricardo once we arrived to Pisa was very knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. As expected, Pisa was a magical experience that my family will take forever. Great experience with Headout .

Very good experience, time was short, but it was a super good choice for our last day in Florence. But it was a super good choice for our last day in Florence. Both Cristiana (monitor) and Alejandro (driver) very kind and dedicated people, the attention is incredible. Sara, who was a local monitor in Pisa was very kind, she gave us a lot of information and took the time to explain everything in different languages.
We waited for this trip so much. Pisa was my dream. But i couldn't expect that it will turn out as an awful trip. The support team told us that at 5.30pm they will be at the gates. We were there at 5.30pm, but there wasnt anyone. Then we decided to go to the tour bus parking spot. It wasnt easy to find that place. Finally we found that parking. But we wasnt able to find our bus. We walked through that parking for several times. And asked almost everyone about our tour bus and about the team. Even there were very kind tour (i forgot their name). Their guide suggested to take us back to Florence if they had free places. They really helped us. The guide's name was Sarah. We ended up taking bus to the train station and buying a train ticket. I can understand if there was 1 person late or lost. But if i had 3 people lost in my team, as a guide i would be nervous. Short from long, if I could I would like to rate it 0
